Can I buy a ticket at the entrance?
Yes. Look for our check-in point and you can buy tickets there, even on the day of the event.
How can I pay at the festival?
Cash only. Bring enough with you — the festival takes place in an area with no GSM signal or WiFi, so card terminals do not work.
How do I get to the site?
Wherever you travel from, first reach Veneția de Jos in Brașov county. From there head towards Veneția de Sus and follow the forest road for 10 km to the site. Signs will guide you through the woods.
What does one night of camping cost?
100 lei per night for a tent and 150 lei per night for a vehicle (caravan, van, minivan, rooftop tent). Staying more nights gets you a discount.
What should I bring for camping?
A tent that stands up to wind and rain, a comfortable sleeping bag, rubbish bags, torches or other portable light sources, and power banks. Also think carefully about where you pitch your tent.
Is there parking, and what does it cost?
Yes, there is parking near the festival and it is free. Please park in the designated spaces.
Is there public transport to the festival?
The only way to reach the festival is by car — public transport does not serve this area.
Is medical assistance available?
Yes. Medical assistance is available during the festival, and a rescue team is present at peak hours for emergencies.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
For organisational reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All tickets are final once purchased. If you run into an exceptional situation, contact us and we will look at it together.
What facilities are available?
Eco toilets in several locations across the site, hand-washing stations near the toilets, and showers.
All of it is there so you can enjoy the event and the nature around it in comfort.
